I loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to have the mall right below, with all the shops and restaurants. The MRT station was only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed. The amenities, including the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and kitchenette, were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The free Wi-Fi and fitness center were also great bonuses. I had a fantastic experience here.
I highly recommend this hotel for families.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was so easy to get around with the train being only a short walk away and taxis readily available. Plus, being close to Orchard Road meant there were plenty of food options nearby. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
No complaints.

The location is great, close to many eating places ranging from Food Republic to the Goodpark Hotel restaurants. Also walking distance to the mrt and with a bus stop and taxi stand right in front of the building. Far East Plaza itself also has many shops and eateries. Good value for the location. Some minor drawbacks: laundry room for wash/dry and the decor are dated. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The location is a stratigic location where you can do any kind of shoping without a requirment of transportation. Also it is near by the most attraction places in singapore like Sentosa, Flayer, etc. (maximum 10 minutes by taxi ride depnd on the trafic)
Actually it is not a hotel, it is only appartments with a security gate. They are hiring a firm for cleaning works inside the apartments and another firm for the outside the appartments. I did not notice any supervision on the labour who are cleanining. My appartment when I first came was dirty and they cleaned it after I raised my complain to the managment office. Also it is to be noted that they are carry out the cleaninng 3 days every week.

Spent Easter with my family and had a great time. Our spacious apartment had everything one would need, and the location was simply unbeatable. Just a few minutes' walk from the city's main shopping district and the closest subway station. We even got an upgrade to a bigger room for free.
That some parts of our apartment looked quite old, and the bed linens could have been fresher. But it was a small detail in comparison to all the fantastic amenities and location convenience offered.

There was plenty of airconditioning, the beds were comfortable, We had no trouble sleeping. In general we had a good holiday and have no complaints with Far East Plaza Appartments, We chose to stay at the apartments because we had young children and it had kitchen facilities and a playground.

We w ere lucky enough to get a great room on the 8th floor ,the female stafgf were by far more friendly than the men ,I dont mean the guys in the office but the workers around the 8th floor. The security guys outside were very friendly , But the lady tht usually attended the reception sara she was exceptional did not hesitate to help us ,nothing was hard for her.
Like I said the male workers on thye 8th floor could do with a bit of a rev up .but otyer than that could not fault the whole show

Spacious and clean room, well-furnished and comfortable. Great location with excellent views and a beautiful pool to relax in. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to offer assistance. the complimentary phone provided was a fantastic addition, and we were able to book taxis and discover the surrounding attractions with ease.
The New Year period was a little too chaotic, with many guests vying for space in the common areas and causing disruptions. the balcony was not usable due to overwhelming smells from nearby restaurants and an abundance of pesky birds.

This hotel is located in a prime area, right on top of a mall with lots of great food and close to many restaurants. the spacious, comfortable rooms are well-appointed, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. You can enjoy a late-night stroll to the nearby food center and the location is great with the easy access to public transportation. the housekeeping is very thorough and replenishes toiletries regularly.
The air conditioner in some of the rooms doesn't adequately cool the space and the furnishings appear to be slightly dated.

Location is good, right above shopping mall and near to orchard shopping belt.
The apartment is dirty and smelly. I have to change apartment because my kids keep complaining about bad smell. There is no service at all, we have to move all our luggages ourself and clean the rooms ourself. Service is only done on tues, thurs and sat. And just our luck, tuesday is a public holiday so no service at all! Towel are all wet and toilet papar is finished, I have to go buy myself. I even buy a mop to just mop the floor as my kids feet are all black when they run around the apartment. Black! Not just dirty. No service, none at all. I dont know what they called this a service apartment, where they dont even have a bell boy to help you carry your luggages to the taxi!
